Our Team
Meet Dr. Robert Rhodes
Medical Director
Dr. Rhodes is a native of Oklahoma City and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, where he graduated with special distinction. Following college, he attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine on scholarship, where he graduated among the top of his class and was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society.
Dr. Rhodes completed his surgical residency training at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in the competitive field of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. During his surgical training, he developed an interest in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the face. Following residency training, he was selected into a highly competitive fellowship training program in New York under the direction of world-renowned surgeon and past president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Edwin Williams. During his fellowship, he received unrivaled training in deep plane facelifts, closed rhinoplasty, hair restoration, and advanced injectable training.
Dr. Rhodes has published book chapters and manuscripts as well as lectured extensively on topics within otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery. His passion and love for the field are evident in every project he takes on.

Meet Kelli Cossey, RN, BSN
Owner, Nurse Injector & Infusionist
For Kelli, healthcare is a calling. With decades of nursing experience and a genuine heart for service, Kelli founded KC Wellness to offer a different kind of patient experience—one where you are truly listened to and cared for.
Kelli is known for her "less is more" approach to aesthetics. She specializes in natural, undetectable results, ensuring her patients never look "overdone." Passionate about holistic health, she is currently continuing her education in naturopathic medicine to offer an even more well-rounded approach to patient care.
Life Outside the Clinic: Kelli has been married for 30 years and cherishes time with her husband and their two sons. Her happy place is a quiet beach or visiting her family’s home country of New Zealand.
Fun Fact: Kelli’s connections run deep! She actually used to babysit her current Medical Director, Dr. Rhodes. Working with him and the team at Refined feels like a beautiful, full-circle moment that she is truly grateful for.

Meet Caitie Pearson
Medical Aesthetician
Caitie’s passion for skincare was born from her own personal journey. After experiencing the emotional and physical challenges of acne, she dove into research to heal her own skin—and discovered a life purpose in helping others do the same.
Now a licensed medical aesthetician with five years of experience, Caitie offers a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to find freedom in their skin. Whether you are battling skin concerns or looking for a healthy, radiant glow, Caitie combines clinical expertise with a gentle spirit.

Life Outside the Clinic: You can find Caitie with her husband and their two boys most likely at some sort of sporting event. She loves being active and spending quality time with family and friends.
